Shipping policy

We will try our best to ensure that all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed during weekends or national holidays might result in an additional day of processing time. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking information. Please note that DHL Express Worldwide delivery estimates stated on our website does not include our required internal processing time.

We currently ship all internationals orders using DHL Express Worldwide (2-4 business days). 

Please note that we are not responsible for local import custom duties or taxes which may be incurred, these are fully the responsibility of the buyer so please check with your local customs prior to placing an order if this is of a concern to you.  

Local orders will be shipped using Singpost (direct to mailbox) with tracking (free shipping for all local orders)
