SYNTHOSTRAPS RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We are eager to assist and will accommodate most reasonable requests
Within 14 Days of Your Purchase: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items for a refund or exchange.
Please send an email request to synthostraps@gmail.com Upon receiving your return authorization, we will provide you with the instruction and address to ship the parcel
After 14 Days of Your Purchase: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items if you notify us of your intention after 14 days from your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging when applicable.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn watch straps.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be issued at our discretion:
- Items not in their original condition or showing clear signs of use
- Items that have been damaged or are missing parts due to reasons not related to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned items. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within five working days of receipt.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve received a refund notification but have not yet seen the funds, first check with your payment provider, either your bank or credit card company, as it may take several working days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at synthostraps@gmail.com
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
All items are inspected prior to shipping. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item and wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at synthostraps@gmail.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable.
